Possessing the ability to forgive. That's such an important life lesson for us all, Maria.

Without it, so much frustration and anger is stored within us and it causes us so much harm.

I learned this lesson quite some years ago after a colossal fall-out that ultimately led to the collapse of my business.

After the dust has settled, the sooner you can process the loss (invariably it's a loss) quietly on your own and come to terms with it and then consciously forgive and let it go, the sooner you can liberate yourself.

It took me a little while to do so, but when I did, I believe it changed my life and brought such a sense of realisation and inner peace. A weight is lifted.

I've become better at it over the years and believe I'm a better person for it.

Bill sounds like quite a guy.

p.s. I hope you found yourself a decent bottle of red and didn't pay over the odds for it. 😉
